Located in New Orleans, Louisiana, Mae’s Bakeshop is a small business bakery specializing in refined American bakery classics such as decorated cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, and pies. We’re inspired by generations of women in our family who were great cooks and bakers. We feature quite a few family recipes, like Grandma’s Sour Cream Pound Cake and our cinnamon rolls.
