It’s Carnival season, y’all! This page has all the information about our King Cakes, how they’re sold and packaged, and when and how to order them.
King Cake Monkey Bread
Our signature pull-apart style king cake that’s great for sharing. We take our family recipe for cinnamon rolls, chop the dough into pieces, toss them in cinnamon sugar, and layer them in a tube pan. Before baking, we pipe our cinnamon roll filling over the top so that it melts down into the cake as it bakes.
Since monkey bread is best eaten warm, we sell our King Cake as a kit for you to warm and decorate at home. It’s a fun activity for parties or to let kids have fun with.

Availability
Now that our shop is officially open, we have our King Cakes available every day for normal business hours! We will have a limited supply each day, and some days are already sold out. It’s best to place a preorder using our online store through the order button below. Orders can be placed for pickup on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11am-3pm at our shop on Baronne St.
Our shop is two blocks off the St. Charles parade route, so getting to us for pickups on the final two weekends of the season will be difficult. Please give yourself extra time to get to us before we close at 3pm!
Ordering
Orders can be placed using our Online Store. To schedule your order, click the box at the top of the page to change the pickup date and time. You can also change the pickup date and time in the Cart after you’ve added the King Cake but before you start checkout.
